Fernando Parra is an information technology professional who holds a Masters of Information Technology and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Computer information Systems, both from The University of Texas at El Paso. He has served in different capacities at the El Paso Independent School District, the El Paso County, the University of Texas at El Paso, The El Paso/Juarez World Trade Center and Walt Disney World Attractions. In addition, he has provided services as a consultant of information technology to develop administrative solutions for small businesses ranging from computer systems support to the implementation of financial and production systems (e.g. payroll, accounting, point-of-sale). He has also created, implemented and maintained integrated e-commerce and client management solutions in the medical, retail and legal industries.
Fernando has served in several honorary boards, including the El Paso County Civil Service Commission (Commissioner 2006-2008), The City of El Paso's Information Technology Advisory Board (Member 2003-2006), and the El Paso Independent School District's Information Technology Advisory Committee (Member 2003-2006)
Fernando is married to Adrienne Parra, with 2 two beautiful children: Lola (3yrs) and Rocco(1 Year). He has four sisters and four beautiful nephews and nieces.
